When will my ground shipment arrive?
Can I add a Gift Note to be Included with My Shipment?
Answers:
Orders placed before 3PM EST Monday to Friday, which are in stock, ship same day from AVtech Solutions Indianapolis warehouse.
Tracking information will be sent via e-mail on the same evening your package is shipped from our Indianapolis warehouse. Shipping information is sent to the same e-mail address entered when placing your order.
In addition, all orders shipped from our Indianapolis warehouse can be tracked using your 12 digit Order # (including dashes) as the tracking reference number.
Note: Packages can not be tracked until the shipper downloads the shipping information into their system, which normally occurs late in the evening on the day the package is sent.
If you are unable to track your package for any reason (i.e. item drop shipped from alternate location, out of stock, etc.) and you are in need of a shipping status update, please send a shipping status request message to the following e-mail address:
When will my ground shipment arrive? On average it takes 6 to 8 business days for a package being shipped by ground or using the United States Postal Service (USPS) to arrive. In addition, expedited shipping options (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air) are provided to our customers at the time of checkout.
Note: Packages are delivered on weekdays Monday to Friday.
AVtech Solutions provides low cost and reliable shipping options to its customers. Shipping charges for Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipments are conveniently provided to customers by the AVtech Solutions corporate web site at the time of checkout. As an added savings, Free ground shipping is offered within the Continental U.S. on any order of $150.00 or more, before taxes and after any promotional discounts.

Can I add a Gift Note to be Included with My Shipment? Yes, you can add a gift note to your shipment by simply entering in your gift message within the "Special Instructions/Comments/Gift Sentiment" field of the order form.
